At Sensors Express, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation included.
  • Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, including but not limited to custom or special-order items, software, and perishable goods.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a restocking fee or denied at our discretion.
  • International sales may be excluded from returns and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Return Process

Refund Policy

  • If the return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Sensors Express error.
  • If a restocking fee applies, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Incorrect Items
