At Sensors Express, we strive to ensure timely and secure delivery of all orders. This Shipping and Delivery Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipping, handling, and delivery of our products. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

Shipping Policy

  • Orders are typically processed within three business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping is available to domestic and select international locations. Some international locations may be restricted due to carrier limitations or legal constraints.
  • Orders are shipped via our designated carriers, and shipping times may vary based on the destination and service selected.
  • Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates & Fees

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee.
  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Policy

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Sensors Express is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
  • Customers must ensure the accuracy of the shipping address. Sensors Express is not liable for lost or undelivered orders due to incorrect addresses.

International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import duties imposed by the destination country.
  • Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import regulations.
  • International sales may be excluded from returns, except in cases of defective or damaged goods.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If an order is lost or damaged during transit, customers must notify Sensors Express within [X] days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but replacement or refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Order Tracking

  • Customers can track their orders using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email.
  • For any issues with tracking, customers should contact the carrier directly or reach out to our support team.

Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender

  • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, refusal, or absence at the delivery location, it may be returned to Sensors Express.
  • Customers will be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.
